Scott Covington thinks that even though he publishes himself as president and owner of the Piano Store, even though he's listed both under his name and under the business with an address and phone number, even though this is all public information, that somehow - nobody is allowed to give that information out.
Google the piano store in houston texas. Not only does the address come up with a map and phone number, there is also a website for the Piano Store.

On top of that, he has posted on the Piano Forums, and a fellow who is non too happy about his nonexistent piano delivery and the doubletalk he received from Covington about it - and who has a blog on this entire affair with Covington going back to 2005 - Covington somehow believes that nobody should be sharing this information.Is he not aware of the statistics about unethical business practices and the existence of the better business bureau?

The better business bureau has quite a little collection of complaints against Covington's Piano Store's business practices.

He's listed in the phone book, for crying out loud, and in the white pages online; under his name, and his business - with his name printed there.

Scott is following all of the don't's there such as don't suppress information that might damage your reputation, don't deny charges that are relevant and factual, don't spend money for public relations or advertising to counter honest complaints, and don't refuse to accept blame.

Scott Wayne Covington is already doing an exemplary job of doing those things in terms of his affiliation with the crowd at the Mitch and Nan Show, it would appear he never learned that behaviors such as those are not well-received by customers and the public at large.

Just as it was the case with Joe Cafasso, the people who have been conned by Covington need to know they're not alone, and that he thinks he has the upper hand even today, and is determined to silence people who are simply putting the facts out there for all to see.
