Joe Cafasso's death threats

If you wonder why I'm slightly angry on this blog, let me answer that right here and now. Cafasso's behavior has been going on for YEARS absolutely unchallenged and unchecked, supported by people who are either afraid of him, or simply clueless as to what he's accomplishing with his threats and malicious behavior. This looks to me like the behavior of a sick self-centered sadistic child; but this is a grown man. It's one thing to threaten people when you're a young punk on the playground; but a more frightening picture emerges when you realize that this man has threatened people with assassination simply for not getting his way.

At one point, Cafasso even recommended to the Special Operations Command that they assassinate an American advisor [Jack Idema] on the ground in Afghanistan.

Different reports from different witnesses and individuals confirm that this one quote from The Hunt For Bin Laden is not an outlandish or far-fetched piece of the Cafasso story. We've already found that he threatened one person by saying

'I can put your body where no one can find it.'

Another individual we interviewed, when discovered, thought the interviewers were sent by Cafasso, and sank to her knees crying, and said

"I know he sent you here to kill me."

This was a shocking turning point. If we can turn up evidence of this serial behavior so easily, just imagine how many there really are. Furthermore if this man is so deranged that he manipulates people through extortion and death threats with absolutely no fear that he can be stopped, who's to say that he hasn't actually followed through on some of this?
